Formatting:
Recipe Growers have “Cultivated” a wonderful new recipe formatting process that is changing the way Meal Assembly business assist their customers in assembling and packaging their session entrees.
Our “Kitchen Copy” is designed to accommodate both full portion entree (4-6 servings) and half portion entrees (2-3 servings) at the same time! By simply doubling the measurements of the half portion, both full and half portion customers are able to assemble entrees from the same display copy. Your kitchen staff will portion everything (proteins & some starches that customers don't portion) in HALF portion amounts. Those customers that are assembling full portion entrees simply take 2 half portions and double the measurements of all other ingredients. It sure beats asking patrons to measure HALF of the full measurements. To help alleviate confusion, we have color coordinated the half and full portion (in red and black, respectively) on the customer display and labels.
